Pioneering the first mobile chatbot in humanitarian aid, our award-winning startup delivered trusted, multilingual asylum guidance to thousands of refugees across Europe, bridging critical information gaps and setting a new standard for digital aid.
Working closely with EU stakeholders, private partners, and asylum seekers themselves, we co-created and rapidly prototyped solutions that evolved through real-user testing.
