Work experience

UX Research Manager, Workday, Copenhagen

2020 - 2025, B2B SaaS

With a team of excellent researchers, I built and led the first UX research unit, whose work achieved strategic product impact within a year. Led research on AI tools in HR and design, stakeholder management and cross-functional enabled cross-functional collaboration.

Integrated service design; ideation, concepting, prototyping, user journey mapping, to empower product teams to reach product goals through user-centricity, identifying new opportunities and knowledge gaps, resulting in improved product offerings. Workshop facilitation, qualitative and quantitative user research and product metrics were a natural part of my responsibilities. 

Collaborated with the entire design org to address organizational challenges and foster a strong design culture, enhancing team communication and feedback through initiatives like 'Design Clinic' sessions, ‘Planning milestone checkins’.

Senior Service Designer, IXDS, Berlin

2017 - 2019, B2C Service Design consultancy

Through team work, designed end-to-end service journeys in fintech and mobility, enhancing client and user satisfaction. 

Mentored designers and facilitated workshops, improving internal process gaps. Set up a ‘Head of skills’ group, that spearheaded increased outcome quality by co-creation.

Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, leadership, marketing, and sales, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency. 

Co-Founder, Refugee Text, Copenhagen

2016 - 2018, B2C, humanitarian aid, startup

Co-developed the first open source, mobile chatbot in humanitarian aid, informing refugees on European asylum processes, improving preparation for asylum applications. Through a user-centric approach we applied holistic system thinking.  

Identified one key opportunity with UNHCR Northern Europe and successfully integrated our SMS chatbot to an integrated digital service on their website, lowering work effort of volunteers whilst increasing user accessibility and satisfaction.

Grew stakeholder relationships across the public and humanitarian aid sectors in Europe, ensuring project alignment and support, leading to a 20% increase in project funding.

Service Designer, teacher, mentor, CIID, Copenhagen

2013 - 2016, B2C, B2B consultancy

Delivered product and service concepts as part of a multi cultural and cross functional team, where our work was highly intertwined with the master program in interaction design.

Delivered the entire service design process from research to functional prototype in IoT in the healthcare industry, enhancing meaningful product offerings for elderly in the European Union.

Led client workshops; ideation, design thinking, service design to global clients.

As part of my education I successfully completed an internship and student worker agreement with Mindlab, a cross-governmental, public sector innovation unit, where I led service design research, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
